Returns Eligibility:
You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible, items must be in their original packaging, with all tags attached, and in a resellable condition.
How to Initiate a Return:

IMPORTANT: Do not send returns to either address without first contacting support@jkidstore.com and receiving specific return authorisation and confirmation of the correct address for your item. Unauthorised returns may face significant processing delays or may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items, unless the item received was faulty, damaged, or incorrect due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds:
Once your authorised return is received and inspected at the designated return facility, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 48 hours) at support@jkidstore.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Please include your order number and photos of the issue. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by arranging a replacement or providing a full refund, including covering necessary return shipping costs.
